The Readynas Duo from Netgear is a 2-bay network storage enclosure that will grow as your needs do. The 2 hot swappable bays support SATA and SATA II hard drives. Hard drive already installed and configured so you’re ready to go right out of the box. The Netgear ReadyNAS Pro was the fastest Network Attached Storage box we’ve ever had in the lab. With 6 drive bays, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and enough CPU horsepower to run pretty much any service you might need on your network, it set the bar for SMB to Small Enterprise class storage.

Still, the Pro wasn’t for everybody. Some wanted the same kind of performance in a smaller, more energy-efficient package… well say o to the NVX.
