Computer Storage Solutions

Answers for Storage

I’ve asked already, but nothing so far. I’m looking for online backup solutions?

I am trying to find a simple way to send, and receive data from a storage service online.

I’ve seen when someone has a Windows PC, and a Mac, and he has a drive listed in his drives (as if it was attached to his computer) that he just literally drags files, and folders to and it goes right to the cloud and it’s that simple.

I would love something like this, and money is not really a problem for it. I have extremely large files (mostly unprocessed raw video in HD) and would like a lot of backup. Many storage solutions have unlimited, but I would like the option of having FTP or a drive on my network like I described earlier.

I know Mozy is $60 a year for unlimited, but it seems as if I have to download some type of software. I would REALLY prefer FTP or network drive.

Thanks in advance, and please keep your answers pertaining to the question. My last question got one person saying I don’t know, and another person who didn’t say anything of importance other than to ask me if I am uploading copyrighted material.

Thanks!!
Because I don’t need an external hard drive. I have one. I need online backup.

Check out IBackup (http://www.onlinebackupsreview.com/ibackup.php) - "IBackup allows you to use the IBackup Drive feature which will map your IBackup files to a network drive" like you’re looking for, and they also support FTP access to your files.
